What You’ll Do

  • Support daily marketing operations, helping organize projects, track deadlines, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Assist with social media and content coordination, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting brand storytelling.
  • Plan and execute external events — from logistics and travel coordination to on-site support, attendee experience and post-event follow-up.
  • Order and manage conference swag, promotional items, and printed materials, ensuring our brand always looks sharp.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for marketing events, team activities, and special projects (some local and international travel required).
  • Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and contact lists to keep campaigns and collaborations running smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support for invoices, shipments, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the full marketing team on campaign execution, brainstorming, and creative problem-solving.
     

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
  • A high-energy, proactive attitude — you like to stay busy and find ways to help without being asked.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new marketing tools and processes.
  • Comfort with occasional local and international travel to support events and campaigns.
